Questionnaire Intake
Upon request for services, a preliminary questionnaire will be emailed to you detailing your goals, history, and patterns.

Consultation Session
Once Janice receives your completed questionnaire, a confidential 45-60 minute client phone or Skype session will be scheduled.

Tailoring & Production
During the session, you will review the information and shape the content of your recording—specifically addressing your goal, induction preference, customized suggestions, and background music selections.

- Confidentiality: All of our work together and information shared is strictly confidential, just as it is with an in-person client session.
- Usage: For best results, listen to your personalized recording once a day (day or night) for 30 consecutive days.
- Safety: Never listen to your personalized MP3 while driving or operating any equipment that requires your full attention.
- Timeline: Custom recordings take 2–4 weeks to complete depending on volume. Expedited orders are subject to an additional fee.
- Contraindications & Refusals: If custom hypnosis is revealed to be contraindicated during intake, you will be notified immediately and refunded. We reserve the right to decline any order (refusals will be fully refunded).
- No Returns: Because of the intensive custom creative process involved, all custom sales are final and non-refundable.
